Help for Tacomans facing foreclosure

Many of us refinanced our homes five years ago believing that home values would increase, and when they did, we could refinance again.

As you know, our values have in fact decreased during that time, and some of us are underwater, owing our lender more than our home's market value. You may know a neighbor or friend facing foreclosure.

If you do, please call their attention to this event--next Wednesday, November 3rd. There's help!
