Bloomberg predicts Tacoma to enjoy a huge upturn in housing market

Bloomberg BusinessWeek predicts that the Tacoma housing market will increase by 33% in the next five years. This is great news for those of you purchasing a home today. If the prediction is at all accurate (and Bloomerg's usually are), you'll have equity by 2014.
