Recommendation: Jensen's Appliance

So my reefer's icemaker stopped making ice. My juicer likes ice. I like my juices. But I don't subscribe to throwing away an appliance to replace it with a new one (not that I wouldn't like to have the resources to do so, doncha know?).
 
I was referred to Jeff Jensen (referrals are always preferable to radio ads, etc., aren't they?). I wasn't steered in the wrong direction. Jeff communicates well, shows up on time, works efficiently and quickly, and doesn't try to upsell.
