Closed Transactions: April 8-14 The same number of homes closed this week as did last year at this time. Comparatively, though activity is a little slower, since Easter holidays last year resulted in fewer business days. While it took much less time (188 days) for buyers to make their offers, the average selling price was nearly 38% lower.
