More closings this year than last year at this time, though selling price significantly lower. Buyers offering more than they did last year, and they made their decisions much more quickly. 


This is a small sample, but it may indicate that the market is finally flattening and we can expect more activity in the coming months, especially as the deadline for the tax credits approaches.
