April Market Report




  April Market Report  


Activity in April this year increased by 31%, a significant increase.

This year homes closed 24 days faster.

Sellers accepted five percent less than their original listing price.



 








Inventory has increased from last month, indicating a sellers' market. There are 315 homes on the market in North and Central Tacoma and University Place, with an average listing price of $319,643 and a median of $268,700

The market continues to favor sellers, but well-qualified buyers can still get mortgages at very low rates. There have been a number of bidding wars reported.
