Easter real estate activity is always slow. Families leave town to visit relatives or go on vacation, school is out, etc., etc. What is surprising is that this year transactions are up 60%, transactions closed more quickly, and selling prices are higher. Last year's Easter week was a week later, so the numbers are even more impressive.
